Christian Outreach International was founded in 1989 by Jack and Rosa Isleib as they were profoundly impacted by their daughter, Mary Alice's overseas sports outreach. COI came full circle in 2005 when Mary Alice succeeded her deceased father as COI's Executive Director. During her tenure COI has mobilized approximately 4400 volunteers to over 20 ministry sites, including China. Most notably she pioneered COI's Disaster Response Unit with over 1200 dispatched to 5 disaster sites. |
