COI ACTIVE IN HAITI:

To date, COI is part of a collaborative effort that has seen over 6,000 at the medical clinic, fed over 10,000 homeless regular meals, and seen many Haitians led to a new life in Christ.
Christian Outreach International has been working in, Carrefour, Haiti since Jan. 16th, just a few days after the devastating quake. We are partnering with an American missionary with 30 years experience in Haiti, and a humanitarian group from Singapore.
One of COI’s main functions in the partnership is to co-ordinate logistics and supplies from our base in Dominican Republic. To this day, the only way to get into Haiti is through DR, so we have been very busy and made dozens of trips back and forth across the border.
We have also mobilized medical teams to serve in Haiti, and are currently looking for qualified contractors, architects, constructions professionals and experienced laborers to assist with the rebuilding process. To inquire about joining us in Haiti, click on ‘Contact Us’.
The needs in Haiti are still enormous. COI is receiving contributions that will go to the field, and we are still sending believers to work and help.
It is a privilege to be able to be “hands-on” in the Haitian fields. Thank you for all the prayers for the Haitian people and for your support of COI’s work there.
