Servant Leaders (17-22)

Servant Leadership

C.O.I. is offering you the greatest summer job ever! During your time on the mission field, you will have the exciting opportunity to serve with different teams at their ministry locations. This could be at a base facility, a hotel, or a host family. You will meet many new brothers and sisters in Christ and make friends from all walks of life.

Leading a successful short-term mission trip takes many willing hands! We need yours - if you are 17 or older and have mission experience. As a staff member, you will serve the short-term mission teams under the leadership of our full-time missionaries.

You may be called on to do anything from leading activities at a ministry site, leading a small group within the team, cooking dinner, teaching skits, packing ministry equipment, or making beds in preparation for a team's arrival. You may have the opportunity to play a sport or participate in music or drama. However, your "job" on staff will be service ministry. Be prepared for long days and hard work for the rewards of your service will be "out of this world"! Every day will be different and the experience will be invaluable! Come excited and ready to serve wherever you are needed.

One of the greatest aspects of this program is that we teach you how to do support raising so you can raise funds to cover your ministry fees, summer expenses and get back to what you have in your account at the end of the summer to use towards the next year's college fees and expenses. That's why we call it the best summer job ever!

Can you commit to 4 weeks (2 weeks for Alumni) or more during the summer months? All Servant Leaders will train during an intensive training weekend. Following this training seminar, C.O.I. will be extending invitations for you to serve on one or more Field Opportunties during your extended school breaks.

Training fees and on-field financial requirements can be raised through your body of supporters.
C.O.I. can show you how!
