The capital city of Tegucigalpa and the surrounding area provide exciting places for ministry. COI offers a variety of outreach activities at this site with the highlights including working at local children’s hospitals and up-close and personal work at a home for children who have been orphaned, abandoned, and abused.  This home has a dormitory that serves as our base.

Most groups that have ministered in the prison say it was a highlight of their trip. No need to be afraid of reaching out in the prison to the 18^th street gang with God’s love and grace! All in all, an outreach in Honduras will prove to be a rich and rewarding experience for all!
