The C.O.I. ministry has been active here in Uzhgorod since 1994. There is a population of about 140,000 that is in desperate need of the hope of Jesus Christ. The Christian population of this town is less than 2%.

The real adventure in mission trips is investing in the lives of these wonderful people. This investment will last through all eternity. Our base has developed a very good network in this area and each group is a blessing to the local church and people. The experience you get when you come is indescribable and many of the groups are coming back again. The people of Ukraine are very hospitable and a lot of times we are coordinating home stays for our groups, which is one of the highlights of the trip. Orphanage ministry, gypsy ministry, youth ministry, and helping local churches to establish good ministry to the community are a few of our most wanted ministries.
