Welcome to COI Sports Outreach!

Football, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball, hockey, soccer and other sports have become an awesome avenue to break down barriers between people around the globe.

COI is using sports programs and competition to teach skills, enhance fellowship and spread God’s Word world-wide, since 1984.  We were originally started as a sports outreach ministry, and by God’s grace have made great impact in this area of ministry.

You and your team will have the unique opportunity to share life-impacting experiences on and off the playing field. Players will grow individually and the team will bond together as they work toward the common goal of spreading God’s Word. Along with ministry and athletic competition, team members will experience different and exciting cultures, meet new people, make lifelong friends and travel to beautiful and famous locations.

SUMMMER SPORTS OUTREACH-During our summer sports mission trip, we offer two categories of outreach .First, the trip is designed as a football outreach open to individual players, groups of players from one school, or a whole school team. Together they form the COI Football Team. Second, we offer sports clinic outreach for athletes from other sports as well, who team up together to teach and train the locals their sport’s skill and strategy. 

For example, we will have the COI football team, playing and teaching football, and 3 or 4 soccer players/coaches holding soccer teaching clinics in another venue, but on the same trip. Also, we invite cheerleading squads and fans to join the trip and get in on the evangelism that is the primary goal for all on the outreach.

We are looking for INDIVIDUAL players and/or coaches, to join OUR TEAM and help win the world for Christ. If you have played varsity sports in high school or college, and you are 15-35 years of age you are eligible to go out with us on our summer outreach.

YEAR ROUND TEAM OUTREACHES-Sports Competition and/or Clinic Outreaches are available year around for High School, College, and Traveling teams from many different sports (including Cheerleading) at several of our full-time venues.(minimum group-12 people).

We also offer mission outreaches for teams that just want to do ministry together for spiritual and bonding purposes, but not include competition or clinics.
